The Kentucky Association of FSA Employees (KASCOE), Kentucky Association of Credit Specialists (KACS) and Kentucky Association of Retired Employees (FANKASCOE) will be holding their State Convention on September 17 – 18, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Louisville. Reservations can be made anytime now through August 17, 2009, by any of the following ways: calling (800) 233-1234 or by visiting www.hyatt.com. Make sure you ask for the “FSA” block of rooms.
Rate for 1 person is $85.00, plus 15% tax, plus $7.00 parking; for 2 person room add $11.51, plus an additional $7.00 for an additional car, if applicable. If more than 2, ask about other convention rates.
The tentative agenda is:
· Thursday Morning – Golf Outing
· Thursday Afternoon – Joint Session, Registration
· Thursday Evening – Hospitality
· Thursday Night – On Your Own Entertainment at 4th Street Live & Tentative; 1st 100 convention goers no cover charge & 2 - $1 drinks at Howl at the Moon
· Friday Morning – Joint and Individual Business Sessions.
We are hoping to have the State Committee, State Executive Director, Washington DC personnel, State Office personnel, and other items of interest on the agenda.
